These terms govern access to ProfilePlusAI’s website, application, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for each business and connected provider account you manage. You are responsible for accurate registration information, account security, authorized team access, and activity performed through your account.
ProfilePlusAI provides tools for business-profile management, review workflows, content creation, scheduling, publishing, performance presentation, and related assistance. Features may vary by plan, pilot status, provider approval, account type, location, or platform availability.
Google, Instagram, Meta, WhatsApp, payment services, and AI providers are independent third-party services governed by their own terms. You authorize ProfilePlusAI to act on connected accounts only within granted permissions. Provider outages, reviews, restrictions, or policy changes can affect feature availability.
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant ProfilePlusAI the limited rights needed to store, transform, display, and publish that content at your direction. You confirm that you have permission to use uploaded images, logos, customer material, contact details, and business claims.
You are responsible for reviewing copy, images, profile edits, replies, destinations, and timing before approval. Scheduled content may publish automatically at the time you selected.
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed. ProfilePlusAI does not guarantee rankings, customer acquisition, regulatory compliance, or error-free output. Do not use the service to invent reviews, credentials, offers, or misleading business claims.
You may not use ProfilePlusAI to violate law or provider policies; access accounts without authority; distribute spam, malware, unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content; bypass limits or security; probe other accounts; resell access without agreement; or interfere with the service.
Paid features, prices, included usage, taxes, billing periods, cancellation rules, and renewal terms will be shown or agreed before activation. Pilot access may be changed or ended with notice. Third-party provider charges are not included unless expressly stated.
You may stop using the service and request deletion. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, abuse prevention, provider-policy compliance, or material breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular search ranking, audience reach, publishing acceptance, or business result.
To the extent permitted by law, ProfilePlusAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Questions can be sent to support@profileplusai.com.
