Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, language, and authentication identifiers; business information you select or provide; content, images, brand settings, drafts, approvals, and publishing history; connected-provider identifiers and encrypted OAuth tokens; and limited technical, security, and usage logs needed to operate and protect the service.

If billing is enabled, payment providers process payment details. ProfilePlusAI may receive subscription and transaction status but does not need to store complete card or bank credentials.

2. Connected Google and Instagram data

When you connect a provider, ProfilePlusAI accesses only the permissions presented during authorization and uses the resulting data to deliver the features you request. This can include selected Google Business Profile information, posts, reviews, performance information, and owner-approved updates; or an Instagram professional-account identifier, username, publishing token, and media receipt.

ProfilePlusAI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Instagram and Meta data is used only for authorized connection and content-publishing functions.

3. How we use information

• Provide account, content, review, profile, performance, and publishing features.
• Secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
• Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
• Enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable operation.
• Meet legal obligations and protect users, ProfilePlusAI, and providers.

We do not sell personal information, connected Google user data, or Meta user data. We do not use connected-provider data for targeted advertising or transfer it to data brokers.

4. AI-assisted features

When you deliberately request an AI-assisted draft, bounded business context and the content required for that draft may be sent to the configured AI provider. Drafts remain subject to your review. ProfilePlusAI does not enable web search or autonomous publishing for these requests.

5. Service providers

We may use infrastructure, database, storage, security, email, payment, analytics, and AI service providers only as needed to operate ProfilePlusAI. These providers process information under their own terms and our operational instructions. Google and Meta remain independent controllers for activity on their services.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, maintain security and publishing records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Provider data may be refreshed or removed when access is disconnected. You can request account deletion using the in-app control or our data-deletion instructions.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS in transit, restricted backend access, encrypted provider tokens, and scoped account access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may disconnect providers, edit supported business information, choose whether to use AI-assisted features, request access or correction, and delete your ProfilePlusAI account. Provider-side data may also need to be managed directly within Google, Instagram, or Meta.

9. Children

ProfilePlusAI is a business service and is not directed to children under 18.

10. Changes and contact
