Delete from the app
Sign in to ProfilePlusAI, open Business → Settings, select Delete my account, and confirm the final warning. This starts authenticated deletion for the signed-in account.
Open ProfilePlusAI SettingsYou stay in control of your ProfilePlusAI data.
Use the authenticated in-app option whenever possible. It is the fastest and safest way to confirm ownership and delete the correct account.
If you cannot sign in
Use the secure public request page and submit the email associated with the account. Additional confirmation may be required before deletion.

You can also remove ProfilePlusAI from your Google or Instagram/Meta account settings. Disconnecting provider access does not by itself delete the complete ProfilePlusAI account.
What deletion covers
- ProfilePlusAI account and authentication records
- Stored business workspace and connected-token records
- Private uploads, drafts, preferences, and eligible generated media
- Push tokens and active application sessions
What may remain temporarily
Limited security, transaction, legal, backup, or provider-receipt records may be retained where required, then removed or anonymized under the applicable retention process. Content already published to Google or Instagram must be managed on those platforms.
